Quality Assurance
Certifications & Compliance Standards
Our manufacturing partners operate under internationally audited quality systems. Whether your market requires CE documentation for EU customs clearance, TUV certification for German roadworthiness, or DOT/SAE compliance for US lighting products, we maintain the paperwork to back up every shipment.
ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management
Our primary manufacturing facilities operate under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management systems. This covers the full production cycle: incoming material inspection, in-process quality gates at each workstation, finished product dimensional verification, and pre-shipment sampling.
CE Marking - EU Compliance
Body kits, bumpers, grilles, and lighting products exported to the European Union carry CE marking where applicable, demonstrating conformity with EU safety, health, and environmental protection requirements under applicable directives.
TUV Rheinland - Product Safety
Selected products in our catalog have undergone independent testing by TUV Rheinland, one of the world's leading technical service providers. Testing covers material composition, mechanical strength, UV resistance, and fitment tolerance ranges.
DOT / SAE - US Lighting Standards
Headlights, tail lights, fog lights, and signal lights supplied to the North American market meet US Department of Transportation (DOT) and Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) standards. DOT-marked lenses are verified for beam pattern, luminous intensity, and chromaticity.
E-Mark (ECE Regulation) - European Lighting
Lighting products destined for European roads carry E-mark certification under UNECE Regulation standards. The E-mark (circled E followed by a country code number) is physically molded into the lens - customs inspectors and roadworthiness testers look for this mark.
IATF 16949 - Automotive-Specific Quality
IATF 16949 extends ISO 9001 with automotive-industry-specific requirements: defect prevention, variation reduction, and supply-chain-wide quality management. This certification is common among OE parts manufacturers; our key production partners hold it.
Export Documentation
Paperwork for Customs Clearance
Every shipment includes standard export documentation. Additional certificates are available on request.
Issued for every shipment. Required by most African and Middle Eastern customs authorities for duty assessment and preferential tariff claims.
ISPM 15 compliant. Required when wooden pallets or crates are used. Many countries reject shipments without this - we include it automatically for applicable packaging.
Available for adhesives, paints, coatings, and chemical products. Required by some carriers and customs authorities for hazardous classification screening.
Third-party pre-shipment inspection available on request. Useful for large tenders, government procurement, or buyers who want independent verification before payment release.
Material Testing Standards
| Material | Tests Performed | Standard |
|---|---|---|
| PP (Polypropylene) | Impact resistance, UV stability (1000h Xenon arc), thermal cycling (-30C to +80C) | ISO 179, ISO 4892 |
| ABS | Tensile strength, heat deflection temperature, surface hardness (Rockwell) | ISO 527, ISO 75 |
| Carbon Fiber | Weave consistency (visual + microscopic), resin-to-fiber ratio, clear coat adhesion (cross-hatch), UV resistance | ISO 2409, ISO 4892 |
| FRP (Fiberglass) | Flexural strength, gel coat thickness, Barcol hardness, water absorption | ISO 14125, ASTM D2583 |
