Brake Calipers Matched to Your Vehicle

Start with the car, not the caliper

Most brake caliper problems start with a mismatch. The caliper looks right, but the wheel or disc does not clear. This page is a starting point. You will find the caliper families we work with, the disc sizes they usually pair with, and the details we need before we quote you properly. If you already know your vehicle and disc size, go straight to the fitment form. If not, the short checklist below helps.

A brake caliper factory that talks straight

More than 10 years of brake caliper work, OEM and ODM support, and custom color, center ring, and logo options. You deal with the factory, not a middleman.

OEM & ODM Customization

Calipers can be made in your brand color, with your center ring and logo. Custom orders are a normal part of the factory work.

Strict Quality Control

Every order goes through the same production and inspection steps, so the caliper, disc, bracket, and pad details match what was approved.

Advanced Production Equipment

Design, machining, assembly, and quality checks happen in one factory. That keeps the process short and the answer direct.

Global Export Experience

Our brake calipers go to more than 30 countries. Importers and workshops visit the factory and keep ordering the same setup.

Three things we need before quoting

VIN and market version

Model name alone is not enough. VIN, production year, trim, and left-hand or right-hand market details separate similar cars with different factory brake packages.

Wheel and disc clearance

Wheel diameter, inner barrel, spoke shape, and brake disc size decide whether a 6-piston caliper fits. Photos help when you are not sure.

Your buyer role

Importers, repair chains, workshops, and performance shops need different notes on packaging, sample orders, repeat SKUs, and installation handoff.

Three kits to start with

These are real products from the catalog, not placeholder images. Each one still needs a fitment check before we lock the price.

A typical complete kit

Most complete kits come with the parts below. Some orders need extra hardware, sensors, or a different disc style, so we confirm the list before production.

  • Brake calipers ×2
  • Mounting brackets ×2
  • Brake discs ×2
  • Brake pads ×4
  • Brake hoses ×2

Choose the caliper finish

Red, yellow, black, green, blue, orange, pink, or gray are our usual options. Center ring and logo can match your brand. Confirm these before production so repeat orders stay the same.

The quick disc-size rule

18 inch wheels usually run 330-355 mm discs, 19 inch runs 355-380 mm, 20 inch runs 380-405 mm, and larger builds go from there. Wheel diameter is only part of the story, so send a wheel photo if you are not sure.

18 inches and above 330 or 355 mm discs as the usual starting point
19 inches 355 or 380 mm discs depending on spoke and barrel clearance
20 inches 380 or 405 mm discs for bigger upgrade builds
21 inches 400 or 412 mm discs where the wheel design allows
22 inches 420 mm discs, with 440 mm only after a full fitment check

Brake caliper questions, answered straight

Can you quote calipers from just the model?

Not safely. The model is a starting point, but the quote needs VIN, wheel size, brake disc size, and photos of the current caliper and wheel clearance.

Why do you need wheel size and brake disc size together?

Because wheel size alone does not prove clearance. Caliper body, spoke shape, inner barrel, rotor diameter, bracket position, and the factory brake package all decide whether a kit fits.

What is the difference between calipers and a complete brake kit?

A caliper quote usually covers calipers and brackets. A complete kit adds rotors, pads, hoses, and hardware. Tell us which one you need so we quote the right scope.

How do I send a brake caliper RFQ?

Use the fitment form or WhatsApp and include the fields listed on this page. One complete message gets you a faster answer on product, price, and delivery.

Ready to get a price?

Send the fitment details and include your country and target quantity. For wholesale orders, mention whether you need retail boxes or export packing. We will come back with the caliper recommendation, kit contents, price, and delivery time.
